I was born in El Paso, TX
How old are you?
I'm 27 years of age
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Durango Mexico up to the age of 11, then my family moved back to El Paso, TX where I was born.
What kind of family did you have?
I have an unusual yet beautiful family. My parents separated when I was just a baby so I grew up with my loving Mom, my sweet brother who was born with physical and mental difficulties and my wise grandma who passed away 3 years ago.
How did you start modeling?
Modeling was always a dream of mine since I was a little girl. It wasn't until 3 years ago that I was approached by a modeling agent who asked me if I wanted to be part of a local fashion show because he thought I had potential. I have been modeling ever since.
Did you take lessons?
I did take modeling lessons for a year at LAT (Latin American Talent) studios.
Does it bother you that people just lay down in your physique?
I believe people like me not only for my physical appearance but for the positive and funny human being that lives inside of me.
What inspires you?
My inspirations come from wanting to be better each day. Everyday is a new opportunity God gives me to enjoy happiness and live a life full of gifts.
What it means for you being a model?
To me being a model means being an inspiration to others not only in a fashion show but in life itself.
Which famous models around the world you admire the most?
My favorite model is Naomi Campbell because she was the first black model to appear on the covers of French Vogue and Times
How do you see yourself after 5-10 years?
In the next 5-10 years, I see myself moving out of El Paso and doing some catalogue modeling. I would also love to do some couture and editorial fashion work
What do you plan for next few months?
In the next few months, I still see myself modeling for local fashion designers.
What message would you give to new talent?
My message to new talent is...Dreams do come true when you persevere and work hard for them!
